Sparkly, Sticky, Fabulous Life.

Suze Orman had it right: I'm Young, Fabulous and Broke. Okay, okay...so I'm not as young as I used to be (as a snarky Manhattan bartender recently told me), perhaps not as fabulous (up for debate) and (thankfully) not as broke. But my point remains: No matter life stage or number of zeros in your bank account, life should be fabulous. 

One of the things I've learned from my momma over the years is that improvising is the key to fabulous-ness. Life is never what you think, but then again turning the mundane into something remarkable is the fun part. Champagne Flutes and Duct Tape is about just that...the musings from my crazy life as I try to take what I'm given and patch together the good life. Sometimes it's sparkly and sometimes it's sticky. Either way, it usually amounts to an amusing story.
